A quick lesson to learn from this is to do a proper check up if you have prolonged cough – where there is little or no improvement after treating it for more than 2 weeks with a cough syrup or Antibiotic.
Sorry, there's no magic bullet. You have to eat healthy and live healthy to be healthy and look healthy. No disease that can be treated by diet should be treated with any other means.

Weight loss can change your whole character. That always amazed me: Shedding pounds does change your personality. It changes your philosophy of life because you recognize that you are capable of using your mind to change your body.
If you are not active, your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently. And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. Inactivity poses as much health risk as smoking does!
